Walked in and was basically bulldoged around the store by sales lady that was extremely rude and tried to force me into sale saying I better hope is still there when I decide I want it later! Then followed me to the door making me feel so uncomfortable I just left instead of looking around as I had initially intended... Wow... Customer service wasn't service at all!

I have purchased several pieces from Edmond furniture gallery. I was shocked by the low rating. It has always been a great experience for me. Quality furniture, knowledgeable and friendly staff. No complaints here...

Don't waste your time. I went in there about 4 weeks ago and went back on Monday; you could tell Christmas was in the air, everything was marked up about 1000.00 or more dollars. I left word for the designer to call, I've haven't heard anything from her. When I called in yesterday and asked for her, no male salesperson said that he could help me and would not transfer me to her. I said never mind, his responded ok hung up without even saying goodbye. I do believe they have problems with women as customers and another then the designer you can't find a woman to help. (Another then I'm guessing one of the owners she was busy on the phone with orders and didn't want to talk to me or give me any info about ordering custom sofa.) I didn't think anyone could be worst then Marthis Brothers...boy, was I wrong.

Best Furniture Store in the Metro!!! Great selection, competitive prices, relaxed shopping environment. I will never shop for furniture anywhere else again......

I came to this gallery after work last week. I wasn't greeted nor would anyone offer to help - with the exception of a cute little dog that was freely running around th store. I hope it stays off the furniture. Needless to say, I will not return to this place. Terrable service, gaudy looking furniture and a cute dog
