If I could give this company no stars would be better. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received by this company. I picked up my contact lenses trial pair but had trouble taking them off later that day. It felt like the contacts was stuck to my eyes and left me with blood shot eyes. I finally managed to take them off but only after I watered my eyes over and over. I contacted the company and spoke to the female clerk/tech and explained what had occurred. This so called employee showed no concern or care and stated "So, what do you expect us to do about it'. She just blew me off. I do want to add that it would have been nice to hear some type of concern and review of my file if maybe I had received the wrong size but instead I got sarcasm. I guess this company just wants your money.
