I have been in contact with this company for several months for payment of a load we moved for them in February. First they said they sent the check to the wrong address so they re-issued another check on March 24 that never arrived, so I called back April 14th and they re-issued another check that never arrives. So they said they would send email by 4P.M. on April 24th that I never received so then on April 25th they said they would overnight a check to call and get tracking number the next day, then I call and they said they sent it regular mail. I still have not received a check and every time I call they pick up and hang up. They will not accept any phone calls from me. When I push to speak to a live person, they say the manager and owner have both just left for the day which happened on several different occasions then they transfer me to accounts payable and again they say hold please and keep me on hold for 20-30 minutes then they pick up the phone and hang it up.
