      It's horrible. I don't even have words to describe how terribly unorganized this store is. I live in the Mcallen area and I am use to the JCPenney store in the mall. Little did I know, that this abortion of a store existed. The associates are clueless and unhelpful. The manage or MOD's are pathetically inexperienced. The clothes are EVERYWHERE that is makes the shopper way less willing to shop at the store. Just don't go to this store. This is the worst shopping experience of my life.
