This was my favorite institution to eat until one fine morning I sat down to eat my tacos when I pulled a long gray hair from my beans. I tipped the waiter and informed the female owner that I was not going to pay due to finding this specimen of DNA in my food. Well, she almost refused in anger and tried to embarrass me by talking out load that the hair was mistaken for a piece of plant from the bean. For the record, I even tried to pull the hair apart, but it did not break like a plant would.
