A place to live. The new manager tends to push the law. We have documentation that they want our prescriptions turned into the office. they kill our cats if they get out of your home and charge per month to have them here. They send a certified letter for everything without warning, and charge you $10. Water problems - told we cannot do laundry now for 2 weeks. Changes the rules at least every other month and send new or amended ones out. This all is recent things happening - 2-13-09 being just the recent things to happen. These are old homes in here and not an upscale park and not sure if it will ever be, it would take brand new homes in here for every lot. As of today there is only 1 newer home. The management is very unfair and are now nickle and diming the people here who do not have much money to start out with why most people live here.
