Patrick Nau is an amazing photographer. He has been photographing our Minnehaha Animal Hospital staff with their pets for eight years and he never fails to capture the emotional bond between pet and pet parent. We are proud to display these on our walls and website. This is a great way for clients to be better acquainted with our team, seeing them with a favorite pet. Though his portraits of individual pets show the animal at its best, what make his work so powerful is how he captures that unique expression that makes that pet an individual. It is the emotion in the photos, pet and person, that makes the portraits exceptional.

I highly recommend Patrick Nau Photography for anything, but specifically for pet photography. I have admired his photos at Chuck and Don's for years and finally did a sitting for my dogs. My 3 golden retrievers can be a handful (one is deaf, the others are old and were very excited to be there) but Patrick made it a very pleasant experience, and the photos were amazing! Even when I felt myself getting frustrated with my dogs and my inability to get them to sit still and pose, he was so patient and calm and the time for the sitting just flew by. I was just thrilled with the results and now have several beautiful photos of my aging dogs that I will treasure forever. What a terrific experience!

Our family has used Patrick's services three times so far! We did family photos with dogs a couple times and also one of our boy's senior photos. One more senior photo shoot to go! Patrick really knows how to capture the moments and is an expert at getting everyone to smile or pose just right. He has a particular talent with animals, but no matter what work he's done, it's always extremely difficult to pick out the final poses because every shot is fantastic. We can't imagine using another photographer since we found Patrick!

Think twice before calling for an appt!! BE SURE TO ASK TO HAVE THE PRICE SHEET SEND TO YOU B4 YOUR SESSION!! I was concerned about pricing due to the fact that our appt was the week after Christmas. It had to be done at this time because Family was in town. I specifically asked about sitting fee, was told $85. I specifically said I needed an updated wall portrait, 24 X 24. Specifically suggested I would like to purchase a few (4 or 5) 8X10's for family, pics of 3 kids, dogs and Grandma and her puppy. "apx how much money are we looking at"....His response, "A few hundred dollars" Grandma got her hair done, daughter too. I cut 3 of the boys hair, waxed all eyebrows, shopped for matching sweaters, tshirts, jeans and shoes..bathed and groomed 3 dogs....a week of preperations!!! The process took 3 hrs then was givin the price sheet.. 24X24=$450.00, 8X10's=$75.00, 5X7's=$50.00. Sitting fee=$95. I was stunned!!!
