With an undergraduate degree in Psychology, I began working with adults with mental health conditions in long term care settings for a number of years. I went on to obtain a Masters, and finally a Doctoral degree from the University of Minnesota. I have worked with many individuals, including family who have been impacted by addiction. As a result, I feel I have an understanding of the ways mental health and addiction intersect to impact ones wellbeing. By integrating high quality and evidenc
