The repair on my vehicle was great. However integrity of the company remains to be seen. When you take your vehicle there for repair you will sign an agreement to remove all of your valuables. Well in my case I didn't think that someone would steal my change, just a couple of dollars and of course my phone cord for charging my phone. They were both taken. I did contact the GM and he said that he was going to send me a gift card for $25.00, that has been a couple of months ago, I doubt it that I will ever see that $25.00.

Hit a deer, and almost $9000$ later still having issues with the work done at this shop. Good and bumper do not line up, lines reran incorrectly, things not put back together correctly , used parts installed and my insurance was charged for new parts. Figured this out when my junk yard radiator failed. Customer service and quality of work suck. Every time I have taken my vehicle to thompsons I've had issues.

Took my Mercedes there for repair after a collision. The service was second to none. The staff called me every few days to let me know the status of my car and parts. Danny is very customer oriented manager the goes the extra mile to see the customer happy with the service. Thank you to all the staff at Thompson Collision Center!!! My car looks brand new!

Horrible service! Was initially told my vehicle would take a week to repair! Then 3 weeks later it was finally finished then when I went to pick the vehicle up the tail light they were suppose to fix fell out. I preceded to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours while they fixed it!
