Operational for more than 50 years, New Perceptions serves children and adults with developmental disabilities. It serves patients in Boone, Campbell, Kenton, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Owen and Pendleton counties in northern Kentucky. The organization offers physical, occupational and speech therapies. It also provides developmental intervention services. New Perceptions Community-Based Supportive Employment Program offers job placement options to individuals with mental health issues and long term dependence on government assistance. The organization s Sensory Integration Program provides stimulation services to children with a range of disabilities. Its Student Work Experience Program allows individuals with disabilities from high schools to work in site-based employment programs. New Perceptions maintains a location in Edgewood, Ky.
