Founded in 1976, Ashley Development is a residential, commercial and remodeling construction company that is located in Edgewood, Ky. It is comprised of more than 25 employees and also handles land development. The company constructs a variety of communities throughout Greater Cincinnati, including Ashley Place, Ashley Ridge, The Pinnacle, Waterford and Coventry Woods. It also constructs various commercial projects that include banking and health care facilities, office buildings, retail stores, restaurants and motels. The company maintains a club that provides customers access to floor plans and construction documents and job specifications and allowances. Ashley Development works in partnerships with Arronco Comfort Air, Egbers Land Design, Indus Grand Entrances and Windows, Patrick's Custom Hardwood Flooring and Tate Builders Supply.
