I used this dry cleaner for the first time this past week. I took in my daughters dress winter coat. When I came to pick it up, I was notified that " I tried to call you, we had a problem". But I never received a call. They brought out her coat, it was stiff as a board. If you touch the coat, it cracks an breaks. They told me that they followed the direction, but it was from China, so it must have been missed labeled. They would refund me the money for the dry cleaning, but nothing for the coat. I will not be back to this cleans ever again. If you don't know how to clean it, then just say that you cant do it, don't destroy the coat. I feel that you should have to purchase a new coat for me to replace the destroyed one.

Zips is ridiculously more affordable than the other local cleaners, but they are also fast and friendly. Very good service, wonderfully convenient location, and great prices. I will definitely be giving them repeat business.

Wow-So much nicer than the other $1.99 cleaner in the area- Huge plus, easy entry and exit from their parking lotThey actually get stains out.I can tell no difference between them and full price cleaners!!!!!

I been over ten times in the last 3 months, I am happy with their service. Everything may not be perfect but it's very good. As soon as I put my seat belt on my clothes get wrinkled... So I'm happy to have a cheap dry cleaner in the neighborhood that gets my clothes cleaned. They have gotten several stains out of my clothes that I thought would not happen for $1.99-I would recommend.Hope this helps.

I've been taking my dry cleaning here for 2 months and have had 3 different issues. I've had a shirt returned to me with a rusty colored streak stain that clearly came from a machine. Then I had a shirt returned to me with a clean rip in it. And finally, and really a small concern compared to the other issues, I've had several shirts that have a giant crease down the middle of the chest so I have to repress it myself. All the issues when brought to managements attention have been argued and the blame placed on me. Not once did they take ownership of the issue and take the appropriate steps to fix it. I should note that these are brand new dress shirts so the issues weren't there prior to dropping them off. Really disappointed to say the least.

I have a real concern and I have agree with a review that they need to go to established cleaners to see what and how you do the pressing. they may offer good prices but the pressing is terrible. I have had to repress and creasing pants and the arm sleeves of men's shirts - terrible. I have spoken to them and asked, " does anyone not look at the cloths before you "squeeze them" in the plastic?" if you put lots of things in the plastic, guess what happens - they get all wrinkled and look terrible. People who go to the cleaners weekly take appearance serious and this company does not. I hope that they improve but I not sure that can.

Very nice establishment, as you get out of your car music is playing in the parking lot- always a warm welcome when you walk in. Quality is good and the price and turn around can't be beat. I am sold. Wish they where open at 6:00 am-

Have bringing my clothes here since the day they opened and am usually pretty satisfied, especially since it is only $1.99. But, to be completely honest, I do not think they are as good as the other dry cleaners in the area. So, you get what you pay for and your standards drop significantly when you're saving $2.00 a shirt on dry cleaning. I also read a complaint about the owner, Rob, and have to agree that he isn't the friendliest guy in the world (and I chuckled about the bluetooth), but his surface staff has always been friendly "enough." Overall I would recommend this dry cleaner if you're on a budget, but go in with your eyes open.

This place is the absolute worst! They didn't get my clothes even close to clean. When I tried to talk to the owner about my issues, he wouldn't get off his Bluetooth and just walked to his Escalade to take his ignorance a step further. Not even worth the $2.00 they charge.
