General Info
I started this business in 1992 out of an old 1980’s van with the help of my wife Denise. We learned very early on in this trade that honesty, integrity and quality are what matters the most in this business. We would service HVAC systems for customers that have been "burned” in the past. We found those customers were sometimes very standoffish due to the history of prior companies and negative experiences they encountered with them. My wife and I agreed we would never become one of “those companies”. We committed to building strong trustworthy relationships with our customers, most of the time on a first name basis. We took our time to listen to the customers, their concerns and helped them find a solution that worked for them. Through the years this built a solid customer foundation. We are now a company of 32 employees, several reliable work vans, and thousands of customers in our database. We educate and test our employees based on our experience, knowledge, and respect for the business and customers alike. We take pride in building lasting relationships with not only our team at Bethany Air but with everyone we encounter. Finally, we always ask our customers what we can do better and how we can improve their experience with us. This gives us a realistic view of their experience with Bethany Air Corp. and allows us to strive for perfection. We strive to exceed every customers expectations. We have taken into consideration the concerns that have been brought to our attention over the years and have applied each one to our business and employee guidelines. I would refer Bethany Air to anyone, We purchased a new system from them and the the complete installation went like clock work. TheSales Team were great and better priced than others, The installation crew were uniformed, protected my floors, very coureous and stayed late to finish in one day as promised.The lady in the office was also very nice.Would highly recommend
