We had a problem with our 12-year old Whirlpool top-loading washing machine not draining during the rinse cycle. We scheduled a technician to come out the next day. He diagnosed it in about 2 seconds. Turns out, the lid switch had burned out. He repaired it in less than 5 minutes. He was very professional and courteous. He even shared his repair experience with other brand of washing machines. Good information to have as we look for our next machine.
