My friend just bought a couch here and when it was delivered it reeked of smoke and smelled disgusting. When she went down to the store they admitted it was used and the last person had it in his house for two weeks then returned it, but they refused to let her return it. She asked to talk to the manager but they wouldn't give her a number or a time to meet him. They sold her a used couch as new and now refuse to reverse the sale even though she is displeased. I would NOT buy anything from this store. Their customer service is obviously lacking and they care only about the money.
