Answered the phone on Christmas Eve! I purchased a used hot tub from them and they delivered it on New years eve as a present for my wife on our anniversary. On New years, I called (a little upset) to report a leak and they were out within hours! They were super nice, even when they pointed out that when my wife drained some water out(she over filled it)she didnt close the drain all the way. They showed me how to turn the drain off (lol) and wished us well. Super nice disposition and NO Charge. There are NO companies out there like this one. Thank you Spa Guys!

RUDE NO SHOW- I called on Friday, set an appointment for Monday afternoon. The company was a No Show after taking the day off from work. After waiting more than an hour and half past the appointment time, I Called and asked if they were still coming and was told that someone might be available after 4 pm, after I specifically stated (on Friday) that the service call would need to be completed by 4 at the latest due to prior commitments. After neglecting to show up at the first appointment time, he had the audacity to say, "I never said I would show up at 1, I only said I would call you at 1 and tell you when I could arrive" Well, apparently he couldn't be bothered to do That, Either- because I waited an hour an half PAST the set appointment time to find out why no one had arrived. I asked whether I could count on him to actually show on time because I didn't want to cancel my kids Civil Air Patrol meeting for nothing after I already lost a day of work for nothing, to which he

After spending hours on the phone trying to get someone to just come out and give us a quote - we found Carolina Service Group. My spa guy came out when he said he would and had us up and running in just a few hours. Not only did they complete the repair successfully on their first trip but they also followed up. Very professional crew. The reason I am writing this rating is because one of the parts they installed failed. My past experience is that a warranty job is put on the back burner. Not so - John and Randy were at my house THAT NIGHT and replaced the part. When I tried to give them a tip, they refused. Small companies like this are hard to find.

Quick and Easy to Work WithThese guys are great! I called on Thursday and was in my spa on Friday. David was very knowledgeable, and helpful. The service is good and their prices are very reasonable, so overall, i have no complaints. Thanks guys, I highly recommend you! Thanks, Joe Bush
