I'd like to offer a very positive review of Garrett Gordon. From the first time I contacted Renters Warehouse, Garrett has been positive, helpful, and active in helping us rent our home for the first time. We weren't even sure our house could be rented in time to me a very aggressive schedule (we had to move out of the area because of a job change). Garrett met with us and went out of his way to make sure we knew exactly how to prepare our house to be rented. He found us renters after the first showing. 9 months into the rental, he has been excellent at answering our questions and facilitating communication with the renters.In short, nothing but good things to say about Garrett's work. 5 stars well earned.

I am a landlord living in Florida with rental properties in Minnesota. I have worked with several property managers over the past 8 years and it has been rough until now! I transitioned my first property to Renters Warehouse in June and had a signed lease within two weeks of my first contact with them. In addition, they obtained a rent rate that was 20% higher than where I had been.Lastly, they handled maintenance items before the new tenants moved in to get the house rent ready and the costs were substantially less than another contractor bid I received from a third party.The entire team was incredibly efficient, friendly and professional. I cannot think of one bad thing to say!

Jennifer was easy to talk to and she explained the Renters Warehouse program in a way that I understood what was going on.

Brenda O'Connell was so helpful and nice. We were very lucky to have her as our agent we had been looking for a place for a while and could not find anything 5 people and 5 pets in a one bedroom was not enough room by far now we have a 4br.1 ba. Plus an office we love love love the house and the neighborhood is very quiet

Mark Hanson was an incredibly helpful for us. We ended up having a house fire in my previous location and was stuck staying on couches or hotels for the next few weeks, but mark made it work for us and got us into our place way ahead of schedule.

This was my first time working with Renters Warehouse, and the experience was fantastic! The landlord for the rental home that I applied for was very gun shy about signing on new tenants due to a very bad previous tenant. My roommates and I all have great credit and clean records, but she was still very hesitant to approve our application. The Renter's Warehouse rep we worked with, Drew Hoefler, was persistent in convincing the landlord that we would be great tenants and he went above and beyond to try and get this house for us which we really wanted. While it was frustrating waiting to hear back from the landlord, Drew was very professional and great at communicating and responding back quickly to all of my questions and he eventually persuaded the landlord to approve our application after negotiating a couple items on the contract. We are beyond grateful and happy with the new home and it wouldn't have happened without Drew! Would highly recommend him and Renter's Warehouse!

I recently worked with Renters Warehouse Leasing Agent Emmett Lynch to locate a tenant for one of my rental properties. He took a really nice series of photos for the posting, was very diligent keeping us appraised of applicants and showings, and was very patient with my selection process as I am quite thorough in my screening process. He also provided a lot of pertinent and valuable advice during the process. Will definitely work Emmett again for my next tenant search.

We had the great pleasure of working with Brenda O'Connell (Schute) she helped us in finding our new home. Moving is a stressful time, let alone trying to find the perfect place, but the location of our choice as well. Drew Hoefler, a true professional ,dependable, and a real life saver.About a month ago my life was turned upside down. The home I had rented for 4 years had been sold in a bank sale and they wanted quick possession. Having recently gone through a divorce I was credit challenged . Corey Brinkman came in on an emergency as we fired a competitor. Within hours Corey had candidates in our hands and within a couple days, the townhouse was rented. Corey went above and beyond his duty, was very professional, and we would highly recommend his expertise to anyone!!
