The James H. Gilbert Law Group is led by a former Associate Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court with a proven track record in evaluating, trying, judging and resolving many complex civil cases. After being appointed to the Minnesota Supreme Court in 1998 by former Governor Arne Carlson and being elected in November 2000, Justice James H. Gilbert retired from the bench and formed the James H. Gilbert Law Group in 2004. Since its founding, the James H. Gilbert Law Group has been an impact player with constant attention to detail and step-by-step communication with its clients. The law firm practices real estate, business and employment law, civil litigation, and insurance coverage. Most clients of the James H.
