Intelligent Lighting Controls is a privately owned company. ILC is an outgrowth of a company called Enercon Data Corporation that was formed in the 1970 s and marketed Energy Management Systems. Its products include lighting controllers, relays and contactors, photo sensors, hardwire and switch plates. ILC s products are marketed through a network of more than 80 independent lighting manufacturers representatives located nationwide. The lighting manufacturers representative promotes its products to electrical engineers, architects, facility owners and electrical contractors. The company is located in Minneapolis.
