TSE has been serving individuals with developmental disabilities since 1961. The organization provides a range of opportunities for various social and recreational activities. The organization offers a variety of community services. It conducts occupational therapy session and behavioral management services. TSE also provides nursing consultation and transportation services. The organization conducts several activities to enhance social skills. It operates the Horizons program, which offers opportunities for activities, such as cooking and music. In addition, the organization administers community-based training programs. It accepts donation from individual and institutions. TSE is licensed by the State of Minnesota. The organization is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). TSE is affiliated by the Autism Society of Minnesota.
