I needed tires for a vacation that I was leaving on in a couple of days. I had called all over Minneapolis St Paul to find some Maxxis trailer tires for my RV - I mean literally all over. The closest I could come was Discount Tire that said they could have tires for me in five days, not the 24 hours that their ad said. I reached Jim at Hagen, and while we were on the phone, he located some, and could have them by the next morning. The price was lower than anyone that I could find, which was nice and doesn't usually happen when you are desperate. He had them when he said, put them on, and the price was exactly what he had told me - no overselling of anything. If you use them you won't be disappointed. Steve, Prior Lake

They do take a day or two to make sure that the done right and not put the wrong part in that does not need to be taken out. They try to listen to the customer as a person then another order. They will call you if you ask you before any work is started. I spent over 1,000.00 and I did not get any work that did not have to be done.
