My vehicle was there for 31 days. When it was returned it had damage to it. I was promised compensation, which never happened. The day I picked up my car the police were there to deal with a problem. The cops said never bring your car here its always a problem. I witnessed the owner yell at customers. When the shop closed suddenly closed for 2 weeks, I called the police. The police said, the owner was in jail.It has been 6 months since I have seen the gate at Chester Transmission unlocked. Hopefully it is out of business.

you were quoted for a remain part and or a good used one you choose used one and it did not work out for you now we get the blame not fair!!!!!

IMHO Dishonest and poor workmanship. Was quoted and paid $850 for a re-manufactured part, meaning the bearings and seals should have been replaced and other parts inspected. What I received was a junk yard part that you can buy for $100, that was spray painted silver and needed new seals. They even put in used oil because it was completely black. They stripped the threads on several bolts when installing because they used the wrong bolt, SAE instead of metric, and one very important bolt was missing.

I got the shaft and way too many shifts... Poor Service! DO NOT USE< DO NOT USE< DO NOT USE!! Be Forewarned!
