Founded in 1968, Home Nursing Agency is health care services provider and serves adults and senior individuals. It is a nonprofit organization that offers skilled nursing, therapeutic care and rehabilitation therapies, as well as medical, social and home health services. The agency's additional services include hospice and palliative care, telehealth counseling, mental health care, and drug and alcohol control management. Home Nursing Agency also offers assisted living, long- and short-term care and rehabilitation services that include physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapies. The agency provides several community-based programs related to women, infants and children in addition to AIDS intervention project.
