I went to check in my rabbit to get neutered and the girl at the counter was very rude (answered every question with a snarky answer including the spelling of my pet's name) and was in a hurry to get me to sign a consent form, I did not want to sign it until I had my questions answered but did anyways (my fault). The Vet was in a hurry to get me out the door when I asked him questions and instead of giving me options or asking if I was sure it was something I wanted to do, he literally said "Well, I think he will be fine and have a nice day!"Luckily, I had a "gut feeling" and went back and got my pet bunny BEFORE they performed the procedure. The Vet called my phone 1-3 times a day without leaving a message for a week and when I finally answered, instead of apologizing, he had to give me an arrogant spill on how wonderful they are there and the exact time he spent with me. My norwegian elkhound of 16 years required emergency care while traveling (to philly). luckily EBH was on call for the area that Sunday. The Vet and Staff are 1st rate and the care she received was excellent. I am willing to travel from Philadelphia to Ebensburg for pet care (I'm originally from the area). That is how impressed I was with the care and service.

The staff is superb and efficient. No matter how busy, the front desk ladies never falter or lose their cool - amazing :) All truly care about your animal. Their prices are very reasonable, something important for those who have more than 1 or 2 pets to vet. Scheduling never seems to be a problem. I would recommend this place to anyone! They took in my bichonpoo when no one else would two years ago when he was attacked by a rottweiler. They took good care of him and have done so with my other pets.

Highly recommended to take animals to see them. They have great prices and they take excellent care of them while they are being seen at the vets.
