      Pine Grove Family Medicine has two convenient clinic locations to provide quality, personal family-centered health care. Services include: -Annual, sports, kindergarten, CDL, and college physicals-Well child checks-Acute care, minor procedures-Lesion removal, laceration repair, splints-Immunizations-Low risk Obstetrics-Management of chronic health conditions Both clinics have full lab, x-ray and other support services. Pine Grove Family Practice provides health care for all members of the family from infants to the elderly. Choose a doctor that fits you and your family. Mon-Thurs 7am-7pm. Fri 7am-5pm
