I had cleared up a credit ding in 2003 and verified it had been removed at the reporting agencies. It mysteriously reappeard on my most recent credit report (2007). I had to pay the delinquent amount that had been covered by HealthNet in 2003, and I was told that it would be labeled as referred to collection per Andy Kelly. He refused to transfer me to a manager, and he hung up on me.
