Dr. Begotka was very personable and professional, as was his staff. I appreciated how he explained everything, from the anesthesia he used and why, to making sure that all my questions were answered in a very understandable way. I have had 2 root canals before by other dentists and this was by far the most comfortable and pleasant experience of them all.

He was very impersonal, and did nothing to make me comfortable when getting my first root canal. I have had friends who have had bad experiences with him as well.
