The goal of surgery is simply to restore function, or to enhance appearance and improve facial harmony and balance. Facial features can be refined but not totally changed. You must expect temporary swelling, discoloration, and other minor discomforts, and you must realize that surgery is not an exact, predictable science. The level of improvement may not live up to your expectations in every way. The degree of success depends not only on the surgeon's skills, but also on your age, health, skin texture, bone structure and specific needs.

Best Plastic Surgeon! Compassion, and skills!!! My mother had a mini facelift by Dr. Lombardi and she looks so much younger. She could pass as my older sister. It's been 6 months and her scars are so small and light. Thank you Dr. Lombardi, best plastic surgeon in Monmouth County. I will see you when it's time for my Botox!!!Amanda V

I had a tummy tuck done by Dr. Lombardi, It looks great. I now have a pencil line for a scar as I had a horrible c section scar with loose skin. I now have a flat stomach and can wear my bikini again!!! Thanks, Dr. Lombardi
