I received my Masters from Monmouth University, with a concentration in Student Affairs and College Counseling. I have worked with clients of diverse ages, cultural backgrounds, and have experience in the juvenile detention systems. I tailor each counseling experience to my clients, but generally integrate Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Existential Therapy.
