First call I made to this company the Gentleman "Eric" was very friendly and answered all my questions. He made me feel that I was not rushing him and that was an extra bonus for this business. I called a few other businesses to ask the same questions. They were nice but they made me feel that I was being rushed. I called Auto One back and asked some more questions on additional jobs that I needed done on my vehicle and spoke to Dave. Dave who was just as friendly as Eric explained everything I wanted to know. By the time my questions were answered I had made an appointment to have a security system installed in my vehicle. While I was there I had put a deposit down to have running boards ordered so they will install them for me. Before I left Eric took the time out to explain in detail how the security alarm works on my vehicle. I am so happy I found these guys. I have not been happy with a auto service for a real long time. Auto One will be having me around awhile.
