The eastland women's clinic is beautiful. Completely redone and all staff treated me special. From the minute I arrived until I left the staff was so caring. I'm glad they cleaned the building. I felt safe

I give Eastland Women's Clinic 5 plus stars. They have a wonderful, friendly, understanding staff. Unfortunately, I have had 2visit them more than once but nobody judged me, noone looked at me funny & they knew I had been there b4 but they treated me as if it were my 1st time. They don't even call names in the waiting room. U pick a number when you walk in and you are a number NOT A NAME through the entire visit. This helps ensure that nobody in the waiting area hears your last name & think its familiar or hear your 1st name & think they kno sumbody who knows you or whatever. The doctor is gentle and the aftercare is so nice... I would recommend this place 2anyone in a horrible situation that might cause you to end up here.

The facility took my awful situation and turned it into a positive and encouraging new beginning. There was never an ounce of judgement from any of the staff members from enter to exit, and all of the nurses were so helpful and sweet. The doctor is very polite, gentile, and quick, making the surgery 10,000x better than I had anticipated. Everyone is more than willing to answer and questions, and never make you feel like you can't change your mind. There's no group therapy sessions, no videos, no feelings circles...just face to face q&a time. What i really loved about Eastland was the phone service was well beyond par, all of you questions get answered and in a polite professional manner. Some of the other clinics I called were just rude and nasty, with horrible hold times and the most minimal information I've ever heard of. On top of that, some of those clinics told me I'd be there all day!! When I told Eastland I didn't want to pick a place that would monitor me for 8 hours they assured me I would only be with them for one to two hours before I could go home and relax and heal in my comfort zone. They give a great sedation that's included in their price and made me completely unaware of what was happening. They even sent me home with instruction guides and all of my medicine so that I didn't have to worry about leaving to get prescriptions filled before going to lay down at home, such a blessing. Granted, its the only clinic I've ever gone to, but I would recommend it above all others. They work with you on payment(they had THE BEST prices I found), have many procedure days to pick from, and its very clean all over the building but mainly the exam rooms are immaculate. 5 stars & 2 thumbs up to those nurses and doctor & the whole staff for providing such a great place to be in during a trying time!
