Dr. Rifai is a Psychiatrist serving the Easton, Palmerton and Stroudsburg areas for more than 15 years. Dr. Rifai is experienced in Psychiatric Evaluation and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). He is a Fellow at the American College of Physicians, the Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine and the American Psychiatric Association. Dr. Muhamad Rifai was also awarded the National Institute of Mental Health Clinical Excellence Award in 2005, the William Webb Award from the Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine in 2006 and the National Research Service Award.

dr rifai and staff are the best!
Started recently with TMS treatments. Had three huge setbacks in life all in a series of months, Dr. Rifai seemed positive about the outcome of this treatment. The doctor has been very nice too me and the girls in the receptionist area are very understanding, make my visits more enjoyable going there.F.Y.I wear ear plugs for the TMS treatment due to the loud noise it makes.

I was in the office today for my covid-19 vaccine. I had the most pleasant experience one could hope for. I felt very informed and understood all possible side effects. They put me at ease as I was anxious. Lexus the young lady working as a receptionist just made my day with her smile and contagious laugh. That k you all so much.

The best place for treatment! They make you feel welcome and truly want to help you! The office staff are wonderful, pleasant and professional. Brigette and team make scheduling and your concerns priority. I wouldn’t have chosen Blue Mountain as my Dr office if Brigette hadn’t made me feel like they WANT to help and took my fears and frustration away!! Dr Rifai is fabulous! He is a gift from god. He listens and provides exceptional advice that works.
