Overall, an excellent place to live. Locked outside entry doors so you don't have to worry too much annoying salespeople, etc. Carpeted, spacious apartments with your own washer/dryer and dishwasher. Maintained very well and they respond quickly to issues you may have. You even get your own assigned parking space! One bad thing--the heat/air conditioning is all electrical so your bill can be as high as $200 in winter!! Another concern is that they raise your rent drastically every year. Our rent went from $955 to $985 within one year!!! But other than that it is a safe, quiet place to live and highly recommended for families!
