We purchased a Panasonic 50" flat screen, smart TV on Dec. 13, 2012 for $799 on sale. We're very happy with it and with the installation and recycle service. So much, that my sister bought the same TV today, Jan. 1 - we just happened to be at the store while she was there making her purchase. We saw that the TV was on sale again for $699. We asked the sales person if we could save $100 and he said absolutely, just bring in our receipt. We drove back later today and expected a $100 store credit, but instead, we got $106 deducted from our credit card balance- freakin' awesome !! In addition, we rec'd a $35 reward cert, so I used it to purchase 5 music CD's. What a great first day of the new year !! My husband and I are very happy with the staff at this store - we're always asked if we need help with anything - and the young people are very knowledgeable and patient with our questions (we're in our 60s). Needless to say: we LUV Best Buy !!
