I really enjoyed redoing my kitchen with Solid Tops. Their large showroom made it fun to explore the possibilities for my kitchen. Molly helped me and she was great! Install was smooth.

Nice product offerings but absolutely terrible service and installation. We bought an expensive piece of matte black granite. But after installation we noticed that the surface was marred by glossy streaks. Solid Tops at first denied it was a problem then admitted that they had accidentally brushed an ager on the granite. Their solution was to spread more ager over the entire surface, even though we told them we didn't want to change the color or matte look of the granite. Not only did it end up glossy, they didn't even spread the ager on evenly, so we had patches in the surface. Then when we asked for a replacement they refused. This had never happened to them before, but they wanted to "experiment" with a remover on our countertops, even though they couldn't remove the original streaks. This has gone on for about a month, with us insisting that they quit using our kitchen as a guinea pig and them insisting that they don't have to replace their mistake. If I could give this company a negative rating I would.
