They didn't have the product in stock. The people acted like I was a burden when I walked in. Terrible customer service from a family business that prides themselves on "customer service." Ended up going to Sherwin-Williams. Not my first choice but, they explained what I needed for my project and we're able to match Ben Moore colors exact.

Not sure why I am leaving this as they talked me out of painting my garage floor. I went in expecting to purchase a floor epoxy and left with nothing..... Heres why, I was planning on just rolling it on. Once I was explained how to do the prep correctly, I decided not to do it. These guys saved me from a nightmare.... Thanks

I went in expecting to pay 50 to 60 dollars per gallon, after i told the owner what I was painting he sold me a product for 32.00 it was called Ben... WOW for once a store that does not care about dollars only.....

These people, and especially Lisa, whom I am currently working with, are friendly , helpful and knowledgeable to solve decorating problems, even though it may be a small ticket item. Their positive attitude and willingness to serve their customers put me at ease and made shopping there easy and fast. . Highly recommend them.

Had a problem with my deck stain from sherwinn williams, these guys came out and solved my problem in 1 day, I am still waiting for a call back from sw.. Sikkens and Avon have won me over FOREVER

I always get personal service. I'm not sure of which color best matches my objects and all employees are ready and willing to help me make a selection
