The owner/ groomer grooms small dogs well. However, she is flighty, rude and can be nasty if you bring light to that fact. She has given away my dog's extender leash to another customer, and then the next time, even though I took everything off the dog except for his collar and name tag with my info, she forgot that( which is difficult to notice because she puts a very sweet bandana on the dog and you mistakenly think the collar is under it). When my daughter, who picked up the collar for me drove a half hour back, the owner felt she had no right to be leaved. My fear is it is only a matter of time before she returns the wrong dog to the wrong owner. PetSmart on route 611 is a better choice all around. In addition to having excellent grooming services, which you can watch, if you like through the plexi window, at the same if not a lesser rate, they have absolutely wonderful veterinarians at Banfield which is also located in the store. I like to support local businesses. Not this time.

Everyone of my pets: 2 love birds, cockateil and 2 turtles have come from this store. The staff is very friendly and they have a wonderful reptile room upstairs. I am very fussy where I get my pets from and if I was in the market for another, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it from them. Slight order, but they also do dog grooming and a lot of the smell comes from the wet dogs. I like the place, and they really seem to care about the animals..
