Too inconsistent and hectic for me. Ive been going to this location for years, since it was called "One if by Bagel." The new owners have continued the legacy with keeping the bagels big. However, they're just waaaaayyyy too inconsistent for me. One day the bagels are big and crispy on the outside (which is the way they're supposed to be, the next day they'll be dense, not proofed correctly and metallic tasting. The egg sandwiches have no love as well. They usually only cook one side of the egg and rarely flip them so one side is cooked, not the other. Their sandwiches are then thrown together very very sloppily with "no love" so most of the egg is on only one side of the bagel. The bacon is either not cooked (and I mean barely cooked, barely on the grill) or burnt to a crisp. In addition to the above they're also pretty expensive relative to their competitors in the area. Landmark deli (which is about 400 feet east on 25a) has prices usually 25% less on sandwiches.
