Had a stressful day of cancellations due to bad weather and was put on another flight before I put the phone down. Rae managed to negotiate my way onto the plane of a totally different airline with no additional fees other than the coffee mugs I sent her from London! Thanks, Rae! You saved me a whole day of my life. There's no amount of money you can say is worth more than that!

I have enjoyed a great relationship with Rae Haggist and her staff over the last five years. As a very busy person, I don't have much time to devote to details for travel. Rae has helped me work though many travel itineraries. Whether it be planning my honeymoon in Hawaii or a hectic business trip throughout Europe, I know that when I need help, I can call Rae and she takes care of every detail. Every experience has been fabulous. From coordinating simple airline tickets to my incredible honeymoon, I was given the same amount of time and respect. I have been stuck numerous times in the airport with delayed or cancelled flights All I have to do is call Rae Haggist who books me on another flight, allowing me to bypass long lines (filled with online ticket purchasers) and gets me to where I need to go. It's true that there is a small ticketing fee, but it is worth every penny knowing it will save me money in the long run and gives me peace of mind.

I have planned trips with Rae three times and each time she was right on!My first trip was to Bahamas--and I gave her very short notice. No problem--it was still a perfect hotel and we had a wonderful time.In 2003 she helped my husband (then fiance) and I plan the most wonderful tour of Italy. In 2004 she helped us plan our honeymoon in Aruba. All her suggestions were perfect and each trip was stress-free as a result of Rae's attention to detail. Even though we live in Maryland, I still have Rae handle all my travel plans--I don't trust anyone else!
