  Ms. Malone is a recent graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where she graduated third in her class and served as an editor on the Touro Law Review. Prior to law school, she attended Stony Brook University where she graduated cum laude in 2016. Ms. Malone received CALI Awards for Academic Excellence in Torts, Criminal law, Legal Process I and Legal Process II. While attending law school, Ms. Malone interned with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, as well as the Hon. Mark D. Cohen, now retired Supervising Judge of the Superior Criminal Courts for the Tenth Judicial District.
• DUI/DWI
  One of the most common charges people are arrested for in Suffolk County are Driving While Intoxicated and Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. Since 1974, attorney Craig Purcell has been representing people charged with DWI or DUI exclusively in Suffolk County. He has tried many DWI cases, including some where there were fatal accidents. When our client’s licenses have been suspended because of such an arrest, he has handled dozens of hearings, known as hardship hearings, to attempt to obtain a temporary license so that our clients can go to and from work. If our clients are alleged to have refused to take a Breathalyzer test at the precinct after their arrest, he has handled dozen of hearings at the Department of Motor Vehicles in Hauppauge and Riverhead to show that his clients did not willfully and knowingly refuse the test, and therefore should be given a temporary license pending the outcome of their case.
