I leased to own a computer from this establishment and I had the hardest time trying to get them to honor their contract. The computer I purchased from them was on display in the store, meaning whenever someone was interested in it they tried it out; thus meaning it wasn't, in my book, considered new. Well, half way into the contract the keyboard and the mouse went out. My husband took them into the store and the manager cleaned the mouse and gave us a keyboard to use and said it would take a couple of weeks to fix or replace my keyboard. After 2 months went by and the mouse went out again, I decided to go into the store myself. At that time, the manager attacked my character by stating due to gross neglect, he wouldn't be able to replace items. I reminded him that I had taking a display model and I have 2 other computers in my home in which I have had for over 5 years and the mouse and keyboard works fine. After going back and forth he finally replaced the items. I stayed on it.
