Very SLOW when given specific delivery instructions every time. Can NOT make a a simple two sandwiche order delivery within two hours in East Peoria, IL. This happened twice in a three month period. I was very disappointed by this manager when I comlained. He acted as though my business DID NOT matter to him. He said," they do not give any discounts or give out coupons for any problems." I figured too bad for them as they have lost my business.

as an employee of a local near by hotel to Jimmy Johns..this was a very good idea for the location of this.. its been very nice and welcomed change for us employees being able to order a sandwhich and they deliver and for us to be able to recomend them to our guest and knowing they will get there food quickly and will enjoy it ..
