This is the worst service I have ever used. The office messed up our income taxes, then took over a month to straighten it out. I would call, leave messages, no one would ever get back to me. When I finally did get ahold of someone, they just gave me the runaround. Finally my tax return was straightened out, then I get a letter from a bank, saying I was denied a RAL loan thru sharp. I NEVER APPLIED FOR ONE!! When I tried calling Sharp about it, once again, the person I talked to could not help me and once again the manager was out. So here I go again, leaving messages and trying to get this taken care of. It has been a couple days, and to no suprise, I still have not heard from anyone, and once again, no one can help me when I call. I strongly recommend in NOT using this service!
