I have never been treated so badly as a customer than at my visit today. I waited in line almost 30 minutes which I was fine with, they were busy and the younger salesperson was trying hard. The older salesmen came to help but when the person in front of me needed water testing he told him he would have to wait. My turn finally came he told me he was too busy to look for the parts I needed but would take my number. I told him I live an hour away so I would wait. He wasn't very nice about that. 2 hrs later there was finally an end to the line so I got back in the line. He told me again, while he was helping someone else, that he wouldn't be able to help me because he didn't have time. I said there is no one behind me I waited for 2 hrs. He got frustrated and again told me the same thing that he would take my number and call me when he had time. I asked him why my business wasn't as good as other peoples and he said he was trying to be as nice as he could be. He finished with that person and said to the next customer I better help her because she's getting "pissed" , sorry for the wait and referred something to the fact that I was being unreasonable. It took him a total of 20 minutes to help me, which was shorter than some of the water testing that had been done while I was waiting. He charged me more for the product than the other Central Supply in Peoria had. I was in tears by the time I left. He offered to help carry stuff out but I said I got it. Then he replied "Fine, Whatever." Then huffed, like I was rude. If I didn't need the parts I would have walked out.

Purchased pool with 35 year warranty. After 3rd year needed to replace liner and found pool walls had rust. CPS recommended we pool manufacturer. They offered to replace walls with prorated cost for warranty. $598 for 24 ft. Then would require installation with local quotes being around $1200. Manufacturer blames installation which was included in initial pool package. Talked with CPS manager who reports I should call installer who they contracted with on installation. He blames product! No one wants to take responsibility! CPS states nothing they can do! Think twice before purchasing new pool from CPS!
