Established in 1991, EPA CAN DO is a community development organization. Located in East Palo Alto, Calif., the company offers a range of services, such as home buyer education workshops, credit/budget workshops, financial literacy workshops, pre-purchase counseling and credit counseling. EPC CAN DO s portfolio includes the development of more than 336 affordable housing units. The organization has assisted the City of East Palo Alto in implementing its Below Market Rate Housing (Central Wait List) program.
