Prospect House offers a variety of health care services for patients with mental illness and developmental disabilities. It provides therapeutic care, education support, skills development, vocational training and transitional employment solutions. The center additionally offers case management, medication, psychiatric evaluation, patient referral, treatment planning, recreational therapy and transportation services. It also provides counseling services for individuals in cases related to substance abuse and family dispute. The center is a part of the Mental Health Association of Essex County, which offers a range of treatment services for individuals with mental illness and disorders through advocacy, education and family support services. Prospect House is located in East Orange, N.J.
