Blake Womackin the last weekMy mom was at the salon for over 9 years. The salon charges extra for everything done to your hair. She paid $25 for a take out of braids done by someone in Liberia West Africa . This process took so long due to the person who had to take the braids out also got the hair for other stylists , took paying customers money, stop arguments due to pure chaos due to scheduling and clean the bathroom! The stylist was very pleasant which mom left a very good tip to stylist and onsite Manager but the hair design she wanted which I kept showing the pictures and side view looks totally the opposite wasn't received and now she's $130.00 out of pocket. The previous customer complained that the design wasn't what was requested either. I should have ran out! Mom called spoke to owner and expressed here concern and all she said was,"Thanks for calling"! SHE WILL NOT RETURN!

Me and my daughter got our hair done and we arrived early and was tooken care of right away. Great suggestions for your hair, and also a lot of workers, you may have to wait but what you expect its a braiding shop! But your tooken care of quick, clean and comfortable place and friendly. I would suggest this place to anyone, essence braids have my vote!
