Provided by YP.comDo not EVER go here! I went in this past weekend to get a white tip full set and it was a horrible experience. First of all, they very aggressively try to pressure you into getting expensive services that you don't need or want (I saw one lady walk out because they were being so pushy). Second of all, they do not know what they are doing. The procedure I requested is fairly basic, but my manicurist didn't seem to know what to do. When trying to remove my old set, she was yanking and wrenching my nails and it was very uncomfortable. Then when that wasn't working, she took out an old Metro card and started using that to try to pry the tip off by working the card between my nail and the acrylic. At that point, while doing this, she slid the card really hard with out paying attention, and gave me a PAINFUL deep paper cut right under my nail close to the nail bed. She did not even apologize. Then, although I told her to be gentle with that finger, she would constantly forget and was rough with the cut, which made it hurt 10 times worse. She ended up removing the old set by using her electric nail tool to sand down the acrylic--resulting in each nail taking forever to do, and filling the air with toxic dust that I was breathing in. It took her well over 2 hours to finish everything, when it should have taken her no more than one. The end result was pathetic. I could have done a better job myself! There were tons of bubbles in the UV gel, the tips were misshapen and jagged, and the gel was incorrectly applied in many places, which resulted in a patchy, uneven surface that looked horrible. To top it all off, it cost me $55. Not only did I not receive an apology for injuring me, they did not offer any kind of certificate or price deduction to make up for it. As I was sitting in my car out in the parking lot getting ready to leave, the one lady comes running out and bangs on my window with a slip of paper in her hand. She was giving me a "frequent manicure' card (get a free one after the 10th manicure), and she had written the date of when my next appointment should be in 2 weeks. What a joke! I immediately tossed it. Now I am sitting here typing with four fingers on my right hand because the one finger in badly infected and so sore and tender. If you know what's good for you, AVOID this horrible nail 'salon' at all costs!!!
