On October 31, 2019, I telephoned this office to switch State Farm agents (possibly giving them my auto and homeowners policies). I spoke with Christine who said I need to call my existing State Farm agent to initiate the transfer. I called my agent and she stated that the new agent should initiate a phone call to the existing agent and it can be down over the computer while both agents are on the telephone. When I called back to inform Christine what was said, she stated: "Oh, we don't take transfers." I said "why didn't you tell me this in the first place?" I feel that the owner of the agency, Gerald Cawley, should be informed when his employee is losing business for him!!!
