I was planning an event and had contacted Harman's regarding pricing, products and scheduling. It took me several attempts to actually reach someone since they did not return several phone calls. I have never spoken to a business office that was so unprofessional. Not only was she rude to me, she basically told me that they were too busy to deal with my request of only 2 portable toilets for a party. I called and spoke with her, told her what I wanted and was supposed to get a call back with prices and to schedule. I didn't receive a call back and after 2 follow up phone calls to try to get the prices and to schedule, she said that they were busy with customers who spent "big" money and would I please "quit bothering her." Needless to say, I didn't use their services! I know several companies and friends who have used Harmon's and I have heard similar stories about rudeness as well as complaints about cleanliness, late delivery and in one case failure to deliver at all.

I have used this companys service on numerous occasions. Courteous and professional.
